The District CE Primary School is at the heart of the local community

We are absolutely delighted to welcome you to our District school family. Nestled within a beautiful, historic building surrounded by extensive grounds for our children to explore and enjoy, our school is a truly special place to learn and grow.

Here, we pride ourselves on providing an inclusive, nurturing environment where each and every child is given the care, encouragement, and support they need to flourish. From a bespoke curriculum tailored to inspire young minds to our excellent pastoral and early intervention support, we work closely with our families every step of the way.

We welcome children into our family from their very early years (2 years old) right up to age eleven, aiming to create cherished memories and learning experiences that stay with them for a lifetime.

Our District learner values were chosen by the children themselves, reflecting their fantastic attitudes toward learning and their outstanding standards of behaviour.

 To help make life a little easier, our extended services include a high-quality breakfast club and after-school club, run alongside additional after-school enrichment sessions.

Rooted in our community and faith, our mission statement—The caring path to achievement, reflecting the values of Christ—is at the heart of everything we do. Underpinned by our core Christian values of friendship, trust, compassion, love, forgiveness, and endurance, we also enjoy a cherished, long-standing partnership with St John the Baptist Church in the centre of Earlestown.

We regularly consult with our pupils, parents, and staff to review how we do things, always striving to make our school community the best it can possibly be.
