School Eco Council

Our Eco Council is a crucial student-led initiative focused on making our school more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

• Role of the Eco Council: These pupils work to raise awareness about global and local environmental issues. Their responsibilities include leading recycling drives, promoting energy-saving habits, developing our outdoor spaces, and proposing practical changes to reduce the school's carbon footprint. They are our champions for a greener future and will be steering positive change across all year groups.

Our Pupil Leadership Team: Head Pupils and Stars

Alongside our environmental leaders, we rely on our Head Pupils and Stars to maintain our positive school culture and help the day-to-day running of the school.

• Head Pupils: Our Head Pupils are the senior representatives of the entire student body. Their role is to embody the school's values, represent the school at official events, and act as ambassadors. They are key communicators between the pupils, staff, and leadership team, helping to organise school events and mentoring younger students.

• School Stars: Our 'Stars' are a dedicated group of pupils responsible for helping around the school . Their duties are essential for keeping our school community running smoothly, including assisting teachers with lunchtime duties, welcoming visitors, organising resources, and helping their peers in the playground. They serve as excellent role models, showing kindness and responsibility in action every day.
